1. We won’t bid on a job unless we are sure we can do it.
2. We won’t bid on a job if we don’t feel you have the location and orientation to get a good return on your investment:
a. Good solar exposure.
b. Good orientation.
c. Good transfer of power.
3. We won’t do a job unless we can do a good job:
a. We won’t connect to unsafe electrical equipment.
b. We won’t make a roof penetration unless we know we can seal it.
4. We want the work to look good as well as work good.
5. We will come back and correct a problem if there is one.
6. We are there to answer your questions
7. We will make sure your utility contract is done correctly and we will back you up in any dealings with them.
