CASE STUDY: POINT OF CONNECTION

I am designing a system with Enphase micro-inverters and with the following design constraints:

1. Must use 12 existing Siemens SP75 modules. It has been determined that two can be put in series and connect to an Enphase M190 inverter. The M190 inverter is required to connect to a 15A 2 pole breaker.

2. Must use 3 existing Shell SQ-150P modules. It has been determined that each can connect to one Enphase M190 inverters. The M190 inverter is required to connect to a 15A 2 pole breaker.

3. Must add 10 Solar World SW275mono modules connected to Enphase M215 inverters. The M215 inverter is required to connect to a 20A 2 pole breaker.

4. Must connect inverter AC into an existing 100 amp meter/main combo panel.

Calculations show that combined, continuous duty inverter AC current is less than 20 amps.

Question: Can I arrange a panel to combine the Enphase containing the breakers from items 1 - 3 above and then feed that panel with a 20 amp feeder breaker and comply with NEC 690.64(b)?
