DRIVEN PIPE SUPPORT FRAMEWORK |
      |
|---|---|
| We use the SnapNRack 200 series extruded rail for all of our ground-mount racks. As an alternate method of supporting the 200 Series rail we build a custom support frame. The frames are built on steel pipe driven into the ground with a heavy duty pounder. | |
| The Montana Post Pounder Model 1000E weighs 2,000 pounds and can exert a force of 2200 PSI. | |
| Horizontal members and gussets are field welded to create a solid support. | |
| When required we have had this method certified by licensed structural engineers. | |
