Membrane and Metal Roofs

We use Direct Power and Water Power Posts. These post are very rugged and have two
holes for inserting lags as opposed to alternative brands with only one hole.

Direct Power Power Posts, 6" Version

Membrane Roofs

The Power Posts are set in a bed of mastic or caulked after installation.

A rubber dam is then installed around the post.

The dam is filled with a two-part epoxy.
After the epoxy is cured, strut and racking is installed. The mounting system is ready for modules.

Corrugated Metal Roofs

The Power Post is fastened to a 2X8 block and inserted from underneath. Over the Power Posts we place a rubber flashing boot
